Specially developed for the latest generation of RENAULT group diesel engines equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF), where engine oils approved to the Renault RN0720 standard and meeting Euro 4, 5, and 6 environmental regulations are required.
For 2.2L dCi engines equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF), a product approved to the Renault RN0710 standard must be used, such as MOTUL X-CLEAN GEN2 5W-40, MOTUL 8100 X-CESS GEN2 5W-40, or MOTUL 6100 SYNERGIE+ 10W-40.
The RN0720 standard is also specified for RENAULT Laguna III 1.5L dCi vehicles without a diesel particulate filter (DPF), manufactured before October 2008, and RENAULT Kangoo II 1.5 dCi without a DPF, manufactured before June 2008.
