Fully synthetic motor oil Castrol EDGE Professional is produced using the latest TITANIUM FST™ technology. This technology physically changes the behavior of Castrol EDGE PROFESSIONAL oil under extreme loads.
The basis of TITANIUM FST™ technology is polymeric metal-organic compounds containing titanium. Thus, titanium becomes a component of the oil and works in harmony with the Fluid Strength Technology (FST™) enhanced oil film technology, which was introduced in 2011. Tests have confirmed that TITANIUM FST™ doubles the strength of the oil film, prevents its rupture, and reduces friction for maximum engine performance.
Using our experience of working with car manufacturers, we have applied the same technology that was previously used only in the production of oil for assembly line filling. Castrol EDGE Professional motor oil has undergone multi-level microfiltration. Quality control is carried out using Castrol's new Optical Particle Measurement System (OPMS).

Application:
