EP2  Universal Multi-Purpose Lubricant Universal Multi-MoS2 MANNOL

Universal multi-purpose extreme pressure lithium grease based on highly refined mineral base oil with the addition of synthetic esters, anti-wear and extreme pressure additives (EP – Extreme Pressure) molybdenum disulfide and lubricating graphite, with high thermal resistance, sealing ability and providing excellent anti-friction and extreme pressure characteristics.
Properties:
- The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, extreme pressure, and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Retains its performance properties from -30 °C to +140 °C, extending the life of the bearings;
- Has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. Forms a strong lubricating film, contributing to the increased lifespan of lubricated components. Provides effective boundary lubrication under high pressures and temperatures;
- Due to the applied extreme pressure additives, it withstands extreme and shock loads. In case of accidental overheating, the presence of layered additives eliminates seizing and jamming;
- Thanks to special antioxidant and anti-corrosion additives, it reliably protects bearings and other parts from corrosion even when operating in humid and contaminated environments;
- Exhibits good thermal stability, ensuring resistance to temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stability, preventing grease extrusion and loss of consistency during operation, reducing losses and consumption of grease;
- Effectively resists oxidation, does not create deposits;
- Retains its plastic and adhesive properties for a long service period;
- The consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life of 5 years from the production date.
Application: For lubricating components of various transport, agricultural, and off-road equipment operating under increased and/or shock loads or vibration in dusty, moist, and/or dry environments: universal joints, hitching devices with kingpins, CV joints, sliding and rolling bearings, chassis and other highly loaded friction units of equipment.
