MANNOL 2K-PUR – two-component adhesive based on polyurethane for reliable bonding and cosmetic repair

of various surfaces and parts, especially for eliminating punctures and cracks. Quickly and reliably bonds parts

made of any plastics and any metals and alloys in any combination. Suitable for concrete, stone, and wood.

Ideal for rapid repair with long-lasting effect, such as sealing cracks and

cavities on surfaces of any shape. Can be used in car repair and other machinery, as well as

in industry, at home, and in the office.

Properties:
- Full curing occurs within 20-30 minutes at room temperature, after which
any mechanical processing is possible;
- After curing, it has exceptional elasticity and high strength,
which it maintains for a long time;
- Very high adhesion properties;
- Does not change volume during curing – i.e., does not shrink;
- Contains no water or solvents, odorless;
- Thixotropic: does not flow during application without external influence;
- Completely resistant to water, mold, fungal microorganisms, petroleum products;
- Resistant to weather factors and aging. Withstands temperatures from -60 °C to +120 °C.

Application:
1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded from old paint and other coatings, contaminants, grease, and

oil deposits. Use a file to remove burrs from the surface and give the damaged area

a uniform shape with a beveled edge. Sand the damaged area with sandpaper within a radius of 5-7 cm along

the perimeter of the puncture or cracks.
2. Degrease using 9691 MANNOL Brake Cleaner. For best results, roughen the surfaces. Dry.
3. Apply the mesh of the appropriate size to the treated hole or crack from the inside, covering the edges by at least 5 cm. For larger holes, a second layer of mesh is recommended, additionally overlapping the first layer by 50%. From the front, apply the film included in the kit.
Bonding can be done at any temperature and humidity, but the optimal temperature is

from +10 °C to +30 °C and air humidity 50-60 %.
4. Squeeze the required amount of two components from the dual syringe, mix well. Mixing ratio 1:1. Apply the mixture to the reinforcing mesh on the inside over the entire treatment area. Level the applied layer with a spatula, without applying excessive force to avoid squeezing the substance onto the front side.
5. After 10 minutes, remove the film from the front side, let the mixture harden and treat the repaired surface with 9904 MANNOL Epoxy-Plastic for subsequent painting preparation.

Setting time is 4-6 minutes after mixing. After 8-10 minutes, the adhesive is already resistant to deformation.

Full curing occurs within 20-30 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.

Do not use the product at temperatures below 0 °C. Store tightly closed in the original packaging

in a dry cool place at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C.
