the efficiency of diesel particulate filters (DPF) without dismantling them. Suitable for all diesel engines, both naturally aspirated and turbocharged, equipped with these systems. Applicable for diesel engines equipped and not equipped with automatic regeneration systems of particulate filters. Suitable for all DPFs.
Properties:
- Initiates the regeneration process of the particulate filter. Promotes complete combustion of accumulated soot, loosening it and acting as a combustion catalyst;
- Especially effective for vehicles used in urban mode and in cold weather;
- Restores the full throughput capacity of the particulate filter;
- Restores the original engine power by reducing the hydrodynamic resistance of the filter. Saves fuel;
- Neutral low-ash formula. Evaporates without a trace and is removed from the filter.
- Extends the life of the particulate filter and reduces vehicle operating costs. Regular use may completely eliminate the need to replace the DPF;
- Reduces the toxicity of exhaust gases.
Application: Remove one of the particulate filter sensors (pressure or temperature). Insert the sprayer into the resulting hole. Start the engine, cleaning is done at idle. Spray the contents of the can towards the particulate filter periodically for 10 seconds with pauses of 3-5 seconds until the contents are exhausted. Turn off the engine. Install the particulate filter sensor back in place. Check the cleaning efficiency using a tester on the stand or with a test drive. After regeneration, make sure the onboard computer no longer gives an error code. Keep in mind that in some cases, a manual reset of errors may be required.
