When collecting your order from an OMNIVA parcel locker, please check the integrity of the packaging and the product without leaving the parcel locker area, while within the video recorder's range. In case of damage to the packaging or product, you must record the damage in front of the video recorder's camera and inform the courier service operator using the phone number provided on the parcel locker. If these requirements are not met, claims for physical damage to the product will not be accepted. If you refuse the goods without a valid reason, or if you do not collect the goods from the parcel locker within the timeframe set by the courier, the cost of returning the parcel to the seller (3.50 euros) will be paid by the buyer.
