EP2  Universal Multi-Purpose Grease Universal Multi-MoS2 MANNOL

Universal multi-purpose anti-seize lithium-based grease with highly refined mineral base oil and synthetic esters, anti-wear and anti-seize EP additives (EP − Extreme Pressure), molybdenum disulfide, and lubricating graphite, offering high thermal resistance, sealing capability, and providing excellent anti-friction and anti-seize characteristics.

Properties:
- The presence of synthetic esters significantly enhances the anti-wear, anti-seize, and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Retains its operational properties from -30 °C to +140 °C, increasing the lifespan of bearings;
- Exhibits excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. Forms a strong lubricating film that contributes to the longevity of lubricated components and ensures effective boundary lubrication under high pressure and temperature conditions;
- Withstands extreme and impact loads due to the EP additives used. The layered additives prevent seizing and jamming during accidental overheating;
- Special antioxidant and anticorrosive additives reliably protect bearings and other components from corrosion even when working in moist and contaminated environments;
- Has good thermal stability, ensuring grease resistance to temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stability, preventing grease extrusion and consistency loss during operation, which reduces losses and grease consumption;
- Effectively resists oxidation, forming no deposits;
- Maintains its plastic and adhesive properties over a long period of operation;
- Grease consistency remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture.
Application: For lubricating components of various transport, agricultural, and off-road equipment operating under increased and/or impact loads or vibration in dusty, moist, and/or dry conditions: universal joint crosses, drawbar coupling devices with pins, CV joints, sliding and rolling bearings, chassis, and other high-load friction units of equipment.
