You can use specially developed grease for:
- all mechanical components, such as adjustment devices
- all rubber hydraulic components that come into contact with brake fluid type DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1
- sliding bearings, such as those installed in brakes and clutches for linear movement that come into contact with brake fluid type DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1
- guide bushings and guide pins
- master and slave brake clutch cylinders
Not recommended for use with:
- aluminum parts under high dynamic loads
- brake pad support on disc caliper
- sliding surface of the pad backplate
The product is characterized by the following advantages:
- Excellent wear protection
- High resistance to increased loads
- High adhesion (sticking)
- Water resistance
- Corrosion protection
PFG-110 lubricant is a target pin grease TRW/Lucas/Girling fully compatible/not damaging the material of caliper dust boots/seals, not soluble in ethylene glycol brake fluids. The base of the lubricant is synthetic PAG oil and thickener - Li-complex. The grease is similar in composition and intended use to "Dow corning/Molykote G-3407 caliper pin grease", and also analogs of this grease are Niglube RM orange grease from remanufactured kits of Mitsubishi/Honda/Nissan calipers or, for example, Fuchs Renolit LX-PG2
