Windshield Repair Kit MANNOL 
MANNOL Windshield Repair Kit – a convenient set of tools that allows you to restore your car's windshield within 30-50 minutes. This kit minimizes the appearance of cracks in the windshield and helps prevent their further spread. The working principle of the kit is to remove air from chips and cracks and fill them with strong resin, making the treated glass area even stronger than before. To achieve the best results, repairs should be made as quickly as possible, before the crack area becomes contaminated.

Application:
1. Clean the damaged area of the windshield from dust and dirt.
2. Install the adhesive disk so that the damaged area is in its center.
3. Stick a mini-injector on top of the adhesive disk and introduce 1-2 drops of polymer (repair resin) from the tube.
4. Insert a syringe into the injector and fill the glass chip with polymer under pressure (preferably heat the glass in the treated area from inside the car).
5. Remove the injector and clean the glass from the adhesive disk using a blade.
6. Add a drop of polymer to the damaged area and cover it with a protective thermoplastic sheet.
7. Wait at least 15 minutes until the polymer hardens from the sun's ultraviolet rays, drying with ultraviolet lamps is also possible (depending on power, from 5 to 30 minutes).
8. Remove the thermoplastic sheet and carefully cut off the excess polymer with a blade.
