MANNOL Diesel Ester Additive 9930 Comprehensive anti-wear additive for all types of diesel fuel and especially for types I and II with low sulfur content (European specification EN-2005). For maximum effect, it is necessary to use constantly. The effect of the application becomes noticeable after 20 operating hours (about 1200-1600 km) of mileage.
Product properties:
- Forms a durable and strong lubricating complex ester-oil film with high adsorption on the components of the fuel system, significantly reducing the friction coefficient of the contacting surfaces and significantly reducing their wear. The effect is especially evident in high-pressure fuel pumps in the plunger-sleeve pair, injectors, and pump injectors; which significantly increases the service life of this expensive equipment. For the high-pressure fuel pump, it eliminates the main cause of plunger pair wear; low-quality dry; diesel fuel;
- Forms an additional durable and strong lubricating complex ester-oil film with high adsorption in the combustion chamber in pairs: ring-sleeve and valve plate-seat in two strokes out of four from the moment of spraying the fuel-air mixture; which significantly reduces the friction coefficient and wear of the sleeve and compression rings, as well as valve seats, especially non-hardened ones. Completely burns together with the fuel leaving no carbon deposits;
- Forms an additional durable and strong lubricating complex ester-oil film with high adsorption in the combustion chamber in pairs: ring-sleeve and valve plate-seat which remains even after fuel combustion - which significantly reduces the friction coefficient and wear of the sleeve and compression rings, as well as valve seats, especially non-hardened ones.
- Thanks to the detergents contained, it effectively cleans the components of the fuel system from all types of contamination and deposits, and the combustion chamber from soot formed during fuel combustion, including low-quality one. Prevents the formation of new deposits on unpaired surfaces of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys by forming a special oil protective film. Because of this, it also has a pronounced anti-corrosion effect;
- The combustion promoters contained in the additive improve the fuel efficiency, resulting in the fuel mixture igniting faster and then burning smoothly and quietly; reducing the dynamic loads on the cylinder-piston group and thereby increasing its resource;
- Increases the cetane number by 1-2 points on fuels with a low cetane number.
- Restores the elasticity and volume of rubber seals;
- Prevents fuel oxidation, especially of low-grade fuel, which prevents the formation of resinous deposits in it, causing soot in the combustion chamber and clogging fine filters;
- Reduces fuel consumption and exhaust gas toxicity by increasing the completeness of fuel combustion;
- Prevents diesel fuel stratification and restores stratified fuel properties after long-term storage, which is especially relevant for sparsely populated and northern areas where fuel is stored for a long time at oil depots;
- No analogues in terms of the combination of achieved effects.
Application: Add to the tank in a 50 ml to 50 l fuel ratio.
