Mannol Oil Additive 9829 Ceramo Ester
An innovative engine protection agent, based on synthetic esters and micro particles of hexagonal boron nitride h-BN (white graphite) - reducing wear and friction, an additive to engine oils. Suitable for all types of engines - diesel and gasoline. Ideal product for tuned and high-consumption cars.
It is a stable suspension of graphite-shaped micro powders in esters.
Ester molecules from the additive are attracted to metal surfaces due to their pronounced polarity and create a dense and highly tough oil film, while ceramic micro particles smooth out irregularities in the friction surface and effectively dissipate heat. This avoids direct contact of metal surfaces and parts wear even in the most severe operating conditions. Dry friction during cold start is eliminated, especially at negative temperatures, thus reducing engine wear.
Having these properties:
- exceptionally resistant to pressure, allowing the engine and/or transmission to operate under increased loads without negative effects;
- unmatched wear and friction reduction properties, which significantly extend the service life of engine and/or transmission components, save fuel consumption and reduce engine noise significantly;
- anticorrosive and antioxidant properties.
The additive gives the oil these properties:
- protects from dry friction;
- reduces evaporation, thus reducing consumption and extending oil life;
- improves low-temperature properties, which significantly facilitates cold start;
- enhances cleaning and dispersion properties and prevents varnish, resin, and sludge formation - this increases the service life of the engine and/or transmission and oil itself;
Compatibility:
- compatible with all diesel and finest oil filters: particle size (not more than 0.5 μm) ensures their free passage through any filters and prevents accumulation;
- compatible with catalysts, all types of turbochargers, and all injection systems, including Common Rail.
Usage: shake and add to oil at a ratio of 300 ml to 5 l.
Attention! Not suitable for use in units with clutch discs (friction) operating in oil baths.
