A truly universal engine-transmission all-weather semi-synthetic (HC-synthes) engine oil for modern diesel engines of agricultural machinery with turbocharging and without, operating in harsh conditions, as well as for mechanical transmissions, wet brake systems, and even tractor hydraulic systems. Specially developed to solve the specific problems of agricultural machinery to protect equipment and maximize its output regardless of operating conditions. Belongs to the STOU class (short for Super Tractor Oil Universal).
The feature of using agricultural machinery is its high dependence on weather conditions, the possibility of round-the-clock operation, remoteness from service centers, a wide range of additional mounted equipment and, as a rule, low technical readiness of personnel. The use of MANNOL Multifarm STOU 10W-30 eliminates equipment breakdown associated with confusion in oil application when due to open-air storage, the label on the container becomes unreadable under the influence of weather factors. Using the oil facilitates accounting and storage. In the field, it is enough to take one canister and resolve the issue of adding oil to any unit in any situation.
Product properties:
- Innovative additives combined with a high-quality semi-synthetic base with a high viscosity index provide excellent anti-friction, anti-wear, and anti-scuffing properties, which significantly extends equipment life in all, even the most extreme, operating modes over a wide temperature range and provides fuel savings;
- Synthetic components combined with natural antioxidants give the oil increased thermo-oxidative stability, which, in combination with excellent cleaning-dispersing properties (TBN >10), effectively reduces carbon and varnish formation, prevents deposit formation of all types, and keeps engine and transmission parts exceptionally clean throughout the entire interval between replacements;
- Unique HC-based formula provides the oil with resistance to oxidation and aging, and due to reduced volatility and increased flash point reduces oil consumption for "burn-off";
- Due to its optimal viscosity HC-based base, it has excellent low-temperature properties, including low pour point, which ensures excellent oil pumpability and cranking of engine and transmission components at low temperatures, easy "cold start" (up to -30 °C) and reduces starting wear;
- Effectively protects engine and transmission parts from all types of corrosion, and seals from acid damage;
- Has reduced foam formation;
- The special additive package is developed taking into account complex operating conditions and low fuel quality.
Intended for all types of heavily loaded diesel engines of agricultural machinery where a performance level of CG-4 or lower is required and for heavily loaded mechanical transmissions of this machinery where a performance level of GL-4 is required.
Applicable for hydraulic systems, hydrostatic and mechanical transmissions, wet brake systems and multi-disc clutches, power take-off and power steering of all types of tractor equipment.
May be used in gasoline engines where an API SF or lower performance level is required.
