The new kit includes a faster and better cleaning compound for repairing and refreshing headlight lenses, which better removes yellowing and sand marks and requires only 1 double-sided professional restoration pad to remove persistent plastic oxidation.

A cotton cloth is required for applying and polishing the repair and renewal compound for headlight lenses, but it is not included in the kit.

1) Apply Headlight Lens Repair & Renew to a small cotton cloth and apply evenly to the headlight surface with moderate pressure and straight movements for 30 seconds. Wipe the surface with a dry cotton cloth. Repeat if necessary to achieve maximum clarity. If the headlight lens is unevenly clear, continue to the sanding stage.

2) Sanding stage: Wet the lamp glass and sanding pad with water. Sand the oxidized surface with the green disc side to side with finger pressure for 30 seconds. Ensure the sanding surface remains wet throughout. Turn the sanding block and sand in the opposite direction on the damaged area only. Wipe with a dry cotton cloth.

3) Reapply Headlight Lens Repair & Renew to the headlight for about 30 seconds, applying more pressure on the areas previously sanded. Wipe dry. Repeat until maximum clarity is achieved. Before treatment, wipe both headlights with Ceramic Acrylic Wipe.

4) Open one package of Ceramic Acrylic Wipe, using the included gloves, and quickly apply to both headlights with smooth straight movements. Allow headlights to dry for 3-5 minutes. Full curing of the coating will take 24 hours.
