Additive DIESEL ESTER DE-ICER 9992 MANNOL 250ml/50l for defrosting solidified and clarifying cloudy diesel fuel,
especially for its types with a high paraffin content (summer). It has anti-wear
and cleaning properties, as well as an anti-gel effect.
Properties:
- Dissolves crystals of paraffins formed in diesel fuel under the influence of low temperatures
that allows you to effectively restore the pumpability of the fuel
in the system and start the engine on solidified or cloudy fuel;
- Improves low-temperature properties of the fuel: reduces cloud point and
freezing temperatures, as well as filtration limit;
- Forms a stable and durable lubricating complex ester-oil film with high adsorption
degree on the units and parts of the fuel system, significantly reducing
the friction coefficient of contact surfaces and significantly reducing their wear.
The effect is especially noticeable in high-pressure fuel pumps in the plunger-sleeve pair,
injectors and pump injectors – significantly increasing the service life of this expensive
equipment. For the high-pressure fuel pump, it eliminates the main cause of
wear of plunger pairs – poor quality "dry" diesel fuel;
- Forms an additional stable and durable lubricating complex ester-oil
film with high adsorption degree in the combustion chamber in pairs: ring – sleeve and valve
plate – seat in two out of four strokes from the moment of spraying the fuel-air mixture
– significantly reduces friction coefficient and wear of the sleeve and compression rings,
as well as valve seats, especially non-hardened ones. Burns completely with fuel leaving no residue;
- Due to the contained cleaning additives effectively cleans units and parts of the fuel
system from contaminants and deposits of all kinds, and the combustion chamber from carbon deposits formed
during fuel combustion, including poor quality fuel. Prevents the formation of new
deposits on non-pairing surfaces of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys due to
formation of a special oil protective film. Thus, it also has a pronounced anti-corrosion effect.
Application:
Disconnect and disassemble fine and coarse fuel filters. Remove
solidified fuel from them. Add a mixture of package contents and diesel fuel
to the filters in a 1:1 ratio. Reinstall the filters. Then, add the additive to the fuel
tank in a ratio: 1 part to 200 parts of fuel. Wait 15-20 minutes for the dissolution
of the solidified diesel fuel and start the engine. The 0.5-liter package is designed
for 100 liters of fuel. In the future, to avoid fuel freezing,
it is recommended to use MANNOL Winter Diesel (anti-gel) at each refueling.
Depending on the type of fuel and temperature, the effectiveness of the additive may vary.
We recommend purchasing at least 0.5 liters of the product at one time.
