Lubricant for Brake Guides Bosch SUPERFIT Germany 100ml
Bosch SUPERFIT guarantees the wear resistance of brake system components and prevents the formation of noise. The lubricant is recommended for use in the repair of disc and drum brake systems, and it can also be used for lubricating individual car parts and mechanisms. The new lubricant does not contain metals and acids, making it compatible with all types of metal, including aluminum, and rubber. Due to such high compatibility, the use of the lubricant does not cause physical damage to brake system components (caliper guides, mounting bolts, brake pad backing, etc.). Applying the lubricant to brake system elements prevents the occurrence of noise (squeaks, squeals) during braking. Because the lubricant releases extremely low oil and has high resistance to washing out and does not have adhesive properties, Bosch SUPERFIT completely prevents noise formation during the friction of brake system component surfaces. In particular, the use of copper-containing pastes during assembly leads to resonant vibration and further complicates the process of adjusting and replacing pads. Applying SUPERFIT to the edge of the guide and the outer side of the brake pad will stop the occurrence of noise (squeak, grind) and prevent the pad from sticking in its seat. Using Bosch SUPERFIT significantly increases the wear resistance of brake system components and ensures reliable protection over a long period of use. For example, when corrosion appears on brake system elements due to environmental exposure: rain, dirt, dust, salt, etc. As the lubricant has high washout resistance, it slows or stops the formation of corrosion and rust (depending on vehicle operating conditions), significantly extending the service life of brake system components.
Bosch SUPERFIT is characterized by high thermal resistance and is recommended for use during friction processes and also under extreme external and internal temperature conditions. The allowable temperature range is from -25 °C up to 130 °C above zero.
