MANNOL Benzin Ester Additive 9950 Latest development - lubricating additive in gasoline. Intended for all types of fuel systems of gasoline engines, primarily for engines with direct fuel injection into the cylinders. In diesel engines, such a system was implemented earlier and proved its effectiveness, but also revealed a number of problems associated with the lack of quality lubrication of moving metal parts of the fuel system, especially the high-pressure fuel pump. We present a multifunctional complex for gasoline fuel. This balanced additive package meets the most modern requirements, is compatible with any gasoline, easily mixes with it and completely dissolves, reliably improves any commodity gasoline, even containing ethanol, endowing it with improved consumer properties, elevating it to the so-called "branded" fuel status. During testing of the lubricating properties of commodity gasoline AI-95, a more than two-fold reduction in the wear spot diameter was recorded when adding only 0.1% of the additive (1 liter of additive per 1000 liters of gasoline). In addition, the additive contains a friction modifier and a combustion promoter, increasing the completeness of fuel combustion and reducing the formation of deposits and soot in the combustion chamber. With regular use of the additive, the engine performance is improved and noticeable fuel savings (2-5%) are achieved.
Properties:
- Reliably improves the lubricating ability of gasoline, protects the entire fuel system and its individual elements from corrosion, especially: all types of injectors, carburetor jets, fuel pumps, intake valves and the combustion chamber, prevents excessive fuel and oil consumption;
- Under otherwise equal conditions, increases engine power and vehicle acceleration, including through improved lubricant properties of gasoline, reduced friction in cylinder zones, and optimal fuel atomization;
- Reduction of soot formation, smoke and toxicity increases the resource of spark plugs, oxygen sensors, catalysts, injectors, and the engine as a whole;
- Forms a stable oil film on fuel system parts, preventing corrosion;
- The strong and stable oil film formed when using Benzin Ester Additive significantly reduces wear of all rubbing pairs of the fuel system, thereby increasing its resource, as well as reducing cylinder, piston, and piston ring wear;
- Eliminates starting issues, restores idle speed smoothness, and reduces knocking;
- A clean engine consumes less fuel and emits fewer harmful substances;
- Compatible with all exhaust gas cleaning systems and turbocharging;
- Compatible with all structural materials;
- Recommended for engine preservation during long downtime.
Application: Add to tank at a ratio of 50 ml per 50 liters of fuel.
