Comprehensive anti-wear additive MANNOL Diesel Ester Additive 9930 for all types of diesel fuel and especially for types I and II with low sulfur content (European specification EN-2005). For maximum effect, it should be used constantly. The effect becomes noticeable after 20 engine hours (about 1200-1600 km) of mileage.
Product properties:
- Forms a durable and strong lubricating ester-oil film with high adsorption capability on the nodes and parts of the fuel system, significantly reducing the friction coefficient of the contacting surfaces and significantly reducing their wear. The effect is especially noticeable in high-pressure fuel pumps in the plunger-sleeve pair, injectors, and pump-injectors; which significantly increases the lifespan of this expensive equipment. For the high-pressure fuel pump, this eliminates the main cause of plunger pairs wear; poor-quality dry diesel fuel;
- Forms an additional durable and strong lubricating ester-oil film with high adsorption capability in the combustion chamber in pairs: ring-sleeve and valve plate-seat in two strokes out of four from the moment of spraying the fuel-air mixture; which significantly reduces the friction coefficient and wear of the sleeve and compression rings, as well as valve seats, especially non-hardened ones. Fully burns with the fuel leaving no residue;
- Forms an additional durable and strong lubricating ester-oil film with high adsorption capability in the combustion chamber in pairs: ring-sleeve and valve plate-seat that remains even after the fuel has burned - which significantly reduces the friction coefficient and wear of the sleeve and compression rings, as well as valve seats, especially non-hardened ones.
- Thanks to the detergent additives it contains, it efficiently cleans units and parts of the fuel system from contaminants and deposits of all kinds, and the combustion chamber from combustion deposits, including those from low-quality fuel. Prevents the formation of new deposits on non-coupled surfaces of black and non-ferrous metals and alloys by forming a special oil protective film. As a result, it also has a pronounced anti-corrosion effect;
- The combustion promoters contained in the additive improve the fuel's efficiency, resulting in the fuel mixture igniting faster and then burning calmly and smoothly; reducing dynamic loads on the cylinder-piston group and thereby increasing its lifespan;
- Increases the cetane number by 1-2 points for fuels with a low cetane number.
- Restores the elasticity and volume of rubber seals;
- Prevents fuel oxidation, especially low-grade, which prevents the formation of resinous deposits in it, causing carbon deposits in the combustion chamber and clogging fine filters;
- Reduces fuel consumption and exhaust gas toxicity by increasing the completeness of fuel combustion;
- Prevents the delamination of diesel fuel and restores the properties of fuel that has delaminated after prolonged storage, which is especially relevant for sparsely populated and northern areas, where fuel is stored for a long time at oil depots;
- Has no analogs in terms of the combination of effects achieved.
Application: Add to the tank at a ratio of 50 ml per 50 liters of fuel.
