MANNOL Winter Diesel 1:1000 – developed using a unique technology, a special anti-gel additive, to reduce the pour point (gelation) and the cold filter plugging point of both summer and winter grades of diesel fuel. Suitable for any type of diesel fuel and all types of diesel engines (naturally aspirated and turbocharged) with any fuel systems, equipped or not equipped with diesel particulate filters and catalysts. Does not change the basic properties of the fuel, only improves its low-temperature characteristics.
Properties:
- Prevents the crystallization of paraffins contained in diesel fuel at low temperatures;
- Reduces the cold filter plugging point (down to -36 °C) and pour point (down to -47 °C) of diesel fuel. Optimizes and stabilizes the fuel system operation at low temperatures, prevents filter and fuel line clogging by paraffin crystals;
- Increases fuel combustion efficiency and fully burns without forming deposits or ash residues;
- Facilitates cold engine starting;
- Contains detergents that keep fuel system components clean;
- Protects the fuel system from corrosion;
- Neutralizes water condensation in the fuel tank, preventing the formation of ice blockages in the fuel system at sub-zero ambient temperatures.
Application: Shake well before use. Add to diesel fuel or directly into the fuel tank before each refueling or immediately after, starting in autumn, in a ratio of 1:1000 (250 ml of anti-gel per 250 l of fuel). Self-mixing.
Attention! The additive freezes in the cold and exhibits its full properties only when mixed with diesel fuel. Due to the risk of freezing, the additive should not be stored at a temperature below 0 °C. Under the influence of cold, it becomes solid and non-flowing. In this case, to make it usable again, it should be heated to room temperature. The additive can be added to fuel only when it is in a liquid state.
This product is not designed for use with surrogate diesel fuel, as well as all types of heating and marine fuels.
Recommended for regular use.
Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture.
